hIgh On AltItUdE

Los Bronces pit and facilities~*

I visited Los Bronces mine today - an open pit Copper / Molybdenum mine owned by Anglo American. It nests in the Andes at approaximately 35oo meters above sea level - - - yes, that's about 10,500 feet or just under 2 miles above sea level. I'll visit their mill, Las Tortolas manana~*
